Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers and leadership to forecast workforce needs and define talent requirements that support business growth in the fast-paced fintech ecosystem.
- Design and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract top talent across technology, product, compliance, risk, and operations functions.
- Leverage online channels, fintech communities, and professional networks to proactively source and engage high-potential candidates.
- Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates based on technical expertise, cultural alignment, and adaptability to evolving financial technologies.
- Coordinate interviews and assessment processes, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience while maintaining speed-to-hire in a competitive market.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data, analytics, and reporting dashboards to provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing and leveraging recruitment databases to source and track candidates effectively.
- Collaborate and coordinate recruitment efforts across all Ringkas
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and employment laws throughout the recruitment process, with particular attention to data security and confidentiality.
