Role Summary

As a Product Manager for Ringkas, you will lead the development and expansion of our AI-powered product suite across various regions, Middle East (KSA, UAE, Qatar), Sydney, or Southeast Asia). You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams—engineering, AI/ML, partnerships, compliance, and design—to define, build, and scale solutions that unify finance, brokerage, and real estate through AI-assisted infrastructure.

You must have a strong understanding of financial systems, real estate technology, and AI product architecture, as well as the ability to translate technical possibilities into business outcomes that deliver impact for our institutional partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle for AI-powered financial infrastructure, from discovery to delivery and scaling.
• Collaborate with AI/ML engineers and data scientists to develop intelligent modules for advisory, product matching, and cross-sell automation.
• Work with local and regional teams to ensure product-market fit and regulatory alignment within different regions (Middle East, Australia, or Southeast Asia).
• Translate technical concepts into clear business requirements and user stories.
• Partner with developers, brokers, and financial institutions to integrate Ringkas seamlessly into existing ecosystems.
• Analyze user behavior, partner performance, and market trends to refine the product roadmap.
• Ensure the Ringkas product suite delivers consistent, synchronized experiences across finance, brokerage, and real estate verticals.
• Act as the voice of your market—advocating for regional user needs and ensuring the product reflects local nuances and compliance requirements.
