As a Senior Marketing Manager at Ringkas, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention. You will lead a team of marketing professionals and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our marketing efforts align with business goals.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive growth, channel exploration, product marketing opportunities and achieve business objectives.
  2. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing professionals.
  3. Oversee the creation of compelling content for various channels including digital, social media, product marketing, influencer marketing
  4. Conduct market research to identify trends, discover channels and opportunities within the fintech industry.
  5. Collaborate with the product development team to launch new products and features.
  6. Manage the marketing budget and ensure effective allocation of resources.
  7. Experienced in running digital marketing campaigns and measuring performance using analytics and ROAS
  8. Analyze campaign performance and provide insights to optimize future marketing efforts.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders, partners, and media.
