Role Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to lead high-impact analytics initiatives that enhance data-driven decisions across the company. You will drive data accuracy, optimize delivery speed, implement AI-powered solutions, and become a subject expert in our industry. The ideal candidate brings technical strength, strategic thinking, and a collaborative mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Accuracy

• Design and implement data quality monitoring frameworks.
• Lead data validation processes and drive improvements in data integrity across systems.
• Mentor junior analysts in data accuracy best practices.

2. Velocity

• Build and maintain scalable dashboards and reporting pipelines.
• Partner with engineering and product teams to ensure seamless data flow and access.
• Reduce turnaround time for ad-hoc requests and insights delivery through automation and process optimization.

3. Innovation & AI

• Identify and lead opportunities to apply AI/ML to solve business problems.
• Collaborate with data scientists to deploy predictive models into business workflows.
