We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Partnership Manager to join our financial technology team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing partnerships in both B2B and B2C channels, with experience in banking, a deep understanding of mortgage products, and multi-channel sales strategies. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills to foster and maintain strategic relationships that drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and Cultivate Partnerships:
- Identify potential B2B and B2C partners within the fintech ecosystem, including banks, financial institutions, mortgage brokers, and technology providers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in partner organizations.
- Conduct market research to understand partnership opportunities and industry trends in financial technology and mortgage markets.
- Execute Partnership Strategies:
- Develop and implement partnership strategies that drive revenue, customer acquisition, and market growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, sales, product development) to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements that are mutually beneficial and align with company goals.
- Manage Partnership Performance:
- Monitor and analyze the performance of existing partnerships, providing regular reports to senior management.
- Identify areas for improvement and work with partners to optimize performance.
- Ensure that all partnership activities are aligned with company goals and objectives.
- Develop Marketing and Sales Strategies:
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop co-branded marketing campaigns and materials tailored for Ringkas partner.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure that partnership-driven leads are effectively managed and converted.
- Participate in joint marketing events, webinars, and activities to promote partnerships.
- Maintain Partnership Records:
- Keep detailed records of partnership activities, agreements, and communications.
- Ensure all partnership documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a related field within the financial technology sector.
- Proven experience in executing partnership strategies in both B2B and B2C channels. B2C is preferred
- Experience in banking, with a solid understanding of mortgage products and multi-channel sales strategies.
- Experience in negotiating and managing partnership agreements.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
