About Us

Ringkas is working to democratize home ownership in Indonesia by facilitating access to financing for home seekers to become home owners. The team behind Ringkas is composed of passionate founders from Google, Amazon, and Dell with backgrounds in tech who have scaled product and digital businesses worldwide. The company is backed by VCs and several prominent angel investors who have built FinTech platforms for millions of people in Indonesia and the US.

Traditionally, home and mortgage finance has operated through opaque systems, but we are redefining the process from the ground up. By utilizing technology and trusted partners, we aim to create a seamless customer experience that is faster and more efficient.

Job Description

As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for the following,

• Handling the Go-to-Marketing strategy for the company.
• Creating the strategies and execution for all Marketing Campaigns, including, Design, A/B testing, Data Analysis and Market Research.
• Measuring and managing the KPI's of the Marketing team.
• Managing and conceptualising the marketing plans to drive user acquisition.
• Working closely with the Product team in terms of Growth and Campaign strategies.
• Managing the full P&L and Marketing Budget.
• Maintaining relationships with external vendors and advertising and media firms

The Successful Applicant

• A minimum of 6 years professional experience handling a Marketing function in Tech Start ups or Fintech
• Previous working experience handling either, Performance Marketing and/or Growth Marketing.
