Ringkas is built by passionate founders from Google, Amazon, Dell with backgrounds in tech who have scaled product and digital businesses worldwide. We are backed by VCs, and several prominent angel investors who have built FinTech platforms for millions of people in Indonesia and the US.

Key Responsibilities:
- Research and stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of compliance policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular compliance audits and identify potential risks or gaps.
- Draft, review, and update contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Support in responding to regulatory inquiries and audits.
- Collaborate with external legal counsel as needed for specialized matters.
- Identify potential compliance risks and recommend strategies to mitigate them.
- Maintain records of risk assessments and mitigation plans.
- Support risk analysis projects and initiatives.
- Assist in organizing and delivering compliance training programs for employees.
- Prepare educational materials to increase awareness of regulatory obligations.
- Monitor the organization’s adherence to legal and compliance policies.
- Prepare regular compliance reports for senior management.
- Investigate incidents of non-compliance and recommend corrective actions.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 0–2 years of experience in legal, compliance, or regulatory roles. Fresh graduates are welcome
