Overview:

The Learning and Development & Compensation and Benefits Specialist is responsible for driving employee growth and engagement through effective training programs and managing competitive compensation and benefits strategies. This role combines expertise in employee learning initiatives with the strategic administration of rewards systems to attract, retain, and motivate talent.

Key Responsibilities:

Learning and Development (L&D)

  1. Design, implement, and evaluate learning and development programs tailored to organizational needs.
  2. Conduct training needs assessments in collaboration with managers to identify skill gaps and growth opportunities.
  3. Coordinate with external trainers or develop in-house training materials for various levels of employees.
  4. Track the effectiveness of training programs through performance metrics and feedback surveys.
  5. Develop career development plans and succession planning strategies for key roles.
  6. Foster a culture of continuous learning through e-learning platforms, workshops, and coaching sessions.
