About the Role

We are looking for a Lead Software Engineer (Full-stack) to own and drive the architecture and execution of both front-end and back-end systems. You will lead the development of Reactjs-based user interfaces and Node.js servicesserving both customers and internal teams, uphold high engineering standards, and collaborate closely with Product, Design, Backend, and Compliance teams in a regulated fintech environment.

This role requires a balance of hands-on full-stack development, technical leadership, and strong product thinking.

Key Responsibilities

• Own, design, and evolve the full-stack architecture across Ringkas’ Reactjs front-end applications and Node.js back-end services
• Lead hands-on development of scalable, secure, and high-quality web products in a fintech environment
• Translate complex fintech and compliance requirements into clear, reliable, and user-friendly product experiences
• Define and enforce engineering standards across front-end and back-end, ensuring code quality through reviews, testing, and best practices
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Compliance teams to drive delivery and technical alignment
• Mentor and guide engineers, supporting technical growth, ownership, and best engineering practices
• Ensure performance, accessibility, reliability, and maintainability across production systems
