Role Summary:

We’re looking for a Junior Data Scientist who is passionate about turning complex data into actionable insights that support smart decision-making across business, product, and customer journeys.

Key Responsibilities

Data Accuracy & Quality

• Support data cleaning, validation, and enrichment to maintain high-quality datasets.
• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover data anomalies, gaps, or inconsistencies.
• Assist in setting up automated data quality monitoring systems.

Velocity & Scalability

• Collaborate with engineers and analysts to build and optimize data pipelines for faster access and analysis.
• Contribute to automation of routine data tasks (e.g., reporting, transformation).
• Help deploy lightweight models and tools that can scale with Ringkas' data growth.

Innovation & AI

• Participate in building predictive models and ML prototypes (e.g., credit scoring, lead scoring, document classification).
• Stay updated on the latest ML techniques and open-source tools to improve experimentation speed.
