Role Summary:

We are looking for a curious, detail-oriented Junior Data Analyst to support our growing data team. You will assist in collecting, validating, and analyzing data to help drive insights that support decision-making across the organization. This role is ideal for someone early in their data career who is passionate about accuracy, speed, and continuous learning in data analytics and AI.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Accuracy

• Clean, validate, and prepare data for analysis with attention to detail.
• Maintain proper documentation and follow established data quality standards.
• Support in developing QA checks to ensure accuracy in reporting.

2. Velocity

• Assist in automating recurring reports using tools such as SQL, Excel, Python, or BI platforms.
• Ensure timely delivery of data requests and dashboards to internal stakeholders.

3. Innovation & AI

• Contribute to AI/data science projects through data preparation and visualization.
• Learn and apply basic AI/ML concepts under the guidance of senior team members.
