As a People Partner at Ringkas, you will play a pivotal role in driving the organization's growth and success through effective human resources practices. This position will focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with employees, providing strategic HR guidance, and fostering a positive workplace culture in our Vietnam office. You will collaborate with various departments to align HR strategies with the company's objectives and support our employees in their professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition and Onboarding:
   • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and participate in the recruitment process.
   • Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to ensure new employees integrate seamlessly into the company culture.
2. Employee Relations:

• Act as a trusted advisor to employees, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances while promoting a respectful and inclusive work environment.
• Conduct investigations when necessary and recommend appropriate resolutions.

1. Performance Management:
   • Support managers in setting performance expectations and conducting regular performance reviews.
   • Assist in identifying areas for employee development and growth, helping to create individualized development plans.
2. Learning and Development:
   • Identify training needs within the organization and work with external vendors or develop in-house programs as needed.
   • Promote a culture of continuous learning and development among employees.
