We are building a next-generation fintech ecosystem that connects users with seamless financial services. As part of this vision, we are creating a real-time chat platform to enhance communication, customer support, and secure financial interactions.

We are looking for a Software Engineer who has strong experience in real-time applications and cloud-based architecture to join our team and lead the development of this platform.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain a real-time chat platform integrated into our fintech ecosystem.
• Experienced in building backend services that can scaled using Node.js (WebSockets, REST APIs, GraphQL).
• Develop modern, responsive frontend interfaces with React.js.
• Ensure security, compliance, and data protection standards are met (especially for financial data).
• Experience chat/messaging system is a plus (Group chats, message history, file sharing, push notifications, and user presence.
• Develop with DevOps Culture in mind, understanding and maintaining solutions on AWS (Lambda, ECS, S3, DynamoDB/RDS, API Gateway, CloudFront, etc.).
• Optimize for high availability, low latency, and scalability to support thousands of concurrent users.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver a seamless experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development (Node.js + React.js).
• Strong experience with real-time communication (WebSockets, Socket.io, WebRTC, or similar).
• Use message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, AWS SQS/SNS, or similar) to handle real-time messaging, scaling, and event-driven architecture.
• Solid knowledge of AWS cloud architecture (serverless, microservices, CI/CD pipelines).
• Have experience with in-app notification system (firebase, aws pinpoint, custom, ...)
• Familiarity with databases both SQL and NoSQL.
• Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, and encryption in real-time apps.
