Ringkas is helping to democratize home ownership for Indonesia that facilitates access to financing to help home seekers become home owners. Responsibilities

  1. Receive, review and verify invoices for accuracy legitimacy and proper authorization
  2. Process invoices and ensure accurate coded and entered into accounting system
  3. Monitor payment schedules to ensure timely payment of invoices
  4. Perform regular reconciliations with developer partners
  5. Investigate and resolve discrepancies or issues according to the SLA
  6. Prepare and submit weekly, monthly or quarterly reports to management
  7. Build and maintain positive relationships with developer partners and address their concern efficiently.
  8. Ensure that all activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirement
  9. Identify opportunities to improve operational processes
  10. Develop and document SOPs

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field form reputable university
  2. Having an experience in fintech industry is a plus
  3. Having certification in accounting is a plus
  4. Min. 5 years of working experience as finance operations
