Finance Executive What We’re Looking For

Position Description

The Senior Finance Executive will do all finance operations things in Ringkas’ business process and provide accurate, timely, and accessible financial information and administration that will support Ringkas’ finance operations. The position will report to Finance Manager and will also support the continuous upgrade and improvement of Ringkas’ own organization.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

• Manage and support the company’s overall finance operations from generate invoice to customer (bank, vendor, agent, etc), maintaining billing and remind payment to customer, payment to vendor, check the fee amount in the invoice and its contract, data reconciliation daily, monthly, annually.
• Daily follow up customer data and update the status.
• Maintain relationship with bank, developer, and consumer as a key partner.
• Proactively follow up finance operations daily tasks and make a recommendation and improvement in the process to make sure smooth finance operations.
• Advance skill in excel and google sheet to manage daily data and able to translate it into useful report.
• Open bank account in bank that has partnership with Ringkas.
• Create adhoc report required by Management or Regulator (OJK Report, etc).
• Filing and check the completeness and accuracy data and documents monthly.
• Coordinate with the auditor for annual audits (ISO Audit, Tax Audit, Internal Audit, External Audit).
• Summarize existing financial policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Summarize contract between company and its parties.
• Recommend and implement process improvement measures.
