Job Title: Finance Accounting and Tax Staff

We are seeking a Finance Accounting Tax Staff to join our dynamic finance team. As a Tax Staff member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with tax regulations, accurate financial reporting, and efficient financial operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Tax Compliance:
   • Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns.
   • Ensure timely payment of taxes and adherence to tax deadlines.
   • Assist in tax audits and respond to tax authorities’ inquiries.
2. Financial Reporting:
   • Maintain accurate financial records and reconcile accounts.
   • Prepare financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
   • Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data.
3. General Accounting:
   • Handle day-to-day accounting tasks, such as journal entries, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
   • Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
   • Monitor and analyze financial transactions.

Qualifications are as follows:

1. Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2. Has 1 year of relevant work experience. Fresh graduates are welcome.
3. Proficiency in tax regulations and accounting principles.
4. Good understanding of Indonesia Taxation and Local Tax Filling System.
5. Understand Accounting basic principles (PSAK).
6. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
7. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
8. Good understanding of Microsoft Office with Emphasis on Excel.
