Position Description
We are currently seeking a talented Finance Accounting and Tax Manager to join our team and contribute to our continued growth and success. As the Finance Accounting and Tax Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing financial and tax-related activities within our organization.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Tax Planning: Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize the organization's tax liability while ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Create and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support informed decision-making and financial stability.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide recommendations to improve financial performance.
- Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting, financial, and tax regulations. Stay updated on changes in tax laws and implement necessary adjustments.
- Team Leadership: Manage a team of accounting and tax professionals, providing guidance, mentoring, and support in their day-to-day activities.
- Financial Audits: Coordinate and oversee internal and external financial audits, ensuring smooth and accurate audit processes.
- Financial Systems Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve financial systems, processes, and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Vendor Relations: Manage relationships with financial institutions, auditors, tax authorities, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial and tax-related risks that may affect the organization's financial stability and performance.
