Role Summary
We are searching for exceptionally bright, hardworking fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are deeply curious about data, possess strong analytical skills, and have the grit to tackle difficult, ambiguous problems. Your drive to understand context and detail—and to solve real problems through data—will be central to your success here.
What You’ll Do
- Analyze, explore, and interpret complex, unstructured datasets to extract actionable insight and provide the right context for intelligent agents.
- Collaborate with experienced data scientists and cross-functional teams to turn business questions into mathematical and analytical solutions.
- Design, test, and iterate AI agentic workflows—mapping data flows, refining prompt engineering processes, and supporting autonomous decision-making.
- Clearly communicate findings through visualizations, dashboards, and presentations for both technical and non-technical audiences.
What We’re Looking For
- Fresh graduates or early-career professionals with outstanding intellectual curiosity, grit, and a hunger to learn.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s from a university ranked in the global top 1,000 (QS, THE, or equivalent).
- Background in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Informatics, Engineering, Physics, Economics, Cognitive Science, or another analytical field.
- Ability to break down complex problems, tackle ambiguity, and design data-driven solutions.
