About Us

Ringkas is helping to democratize home ownership for Indonesia that facilitates access to financing to help home seekers become home owners. Ringkas is built by passionate founders from Google, Amazon, Dell with backgrounds in tech whom have scaled product and digital businesses worldwide. We are backed by VCs, and several prominent angel investors who have built FinTech platforms for millions of people in Indonesia and the US.

We believe homeownership should be fast, transparent, and low-cost for all. Home and Mortgage finance has operated through traditional opaque systems for years. We are redefining the homeownership process from the ground up and end-to-end. We’re using technology to make it faster, more efficient and secured, through trusted partners and people to help make a seamless customer experience.

Job Description

  1. Ensure frictionless mortgage application process in Ringkas system which involves checking completeness, validating and verifying required documents.
  2. Identify and monitor issues (incorrect data, documentation, calculation) and provide both quick fix and structured solutions to improve the automated system and process.
  3. Identify and develop credit analysis framework to identify fraud and default prevention, for process and system improvement.
  4. Analyze credit data such as financial data, debt data, and provide credit recommendations; take responsibility for the recommendations that have been given
  5. Make periodic reports regarding data analysis and credit risk
  6. Communicate with Ringkas users (mortgage applicants) and/or other stakeholders (for example internal marketing agents of developers, real estate agents, etc) should there be issues and or follow-up needed on required documents being uploaded in the system.

Qualifications

  1. At least 2 years of relevant experiences in administration and credit analyst role in the financial sector.
  2. Bachelor degree (any major) minimum GPA of 3.00.
  3. Understand basic SLIK/BI checking reading.
  4. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify root causes.
  5. Understand loan origination process, credit analysis, and credit risk as well as fraud prevention and being able to make use of data to make decisions and/or provide recommendation
  6. Customer service oriented.
