About us
Ringkas is helping to democratize home ownership in Indonesia by facilitating access to financing to help home seekers become homeowners. Ringkas is built by passionate founders from Google, Amazon, and Dell with backgrounds in tech who have scaled product and digital businesses worldwide. We are backed by VCs and several prominent angel investors who have built FinTech platforms for millions of people in Indonesia and the US.

We believe homeownership should be fast, transparent, and low-cost for all. Home and Mortgage finance has operated through traditional opaque systems for years. We are redefining the homeownership process from the ground up and end to end. We’re using technology to make it faster and more efficient, through trusted partners and people to help make a seamless customer experience.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Deliver assigned projects with expected quality of result, according to stakeholder’s expectations, with minimal escalations and management help
- Organize teamwork and delivery of expected results by team members
- Plan all aspects of the projects, envision conflicts, and resolve them without external help
- Define Project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Lead and motivate the project team to deliver high-quality results within the agreed timeframes and budget
- Lead communication and progress within the project
- Ensure compliance of project activities to internal regulation as well as other applicable regulations for assigned projects
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate techniques in accordance with the bank's project management methodology
Required skills and qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in managing IT projects involving software development, system integration, and scrum experience
- Experience in using project management tools and methodologies
- Know IT concepts and technologies such as web development, cloud computing, cybersecurity, etc.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
