About Us
Ringkas is helping to consumers access mortgage financing. Ringkas is built by passionate founders from Google, Amazon, Dell with backgrounds in tech whom have scaled product and digital businesses worldwide. We are backed by VCs, and several prominent angel investors who have built FinTech platforms for millions of people in Indonesia and the US.
Our vision is to Democratize home financing and make it accessible for everyone. We are building infrastructure for financial institutions to ensure financing is fast, transparent, and low-cost for all. Mortgage finance has operated through traditional opaque systems for years. We are redefining the mortgage process from the ground up and end to end. We’re using AI & technology to make it faster and more efficient, through trusted partners and people to help make a seamless customer experience.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Take on the challenges of building our Agentic AI with interesting use cases for fintech.
- Being the tip of the spear in our technical team, ensuring to leverage the best and latest technologies to keep us in the game.
- Be owner of your product. Voice in your own opinions of every aspects of our product from tech, logic to UI/UX. And turn those innovative ideas into deliverables.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with 3+ years using Python as a Software Engineer, and 2 year in AI Engineer.
- Hands-on experience with real-world NLP and Generative AI applications, including development using OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Vertex AI, or other leading LLM providers.
- Good experience with RAG systems, including embeddings, retrieval strategies, and knowledge management.
- Strong foundation knowledge of LLMs and machine learning fundamentals, including reasoning patterns and limitations.
- Hands on with prompting optimization, multiple steps reasoning, modern context engineering
- Good experience with AI related databases, such as Vector Database.
